Section 1: The United States is a Christian nation. We hereby declare the religious protections of the first amendment apply only to natural born citizens who accept Jesus Christ as their lord and savior. Article VI paragraph 3 of the Constitution shall henceforth read.
The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution.
Section 2: We, the people, believe that life is sacred and it is our divine duty to protect those who are the most vulnerable. We declare that life begins at conception and it shall be protected under the Constitution. Any device, procedure, or treatment that abridges the constitutionally granted rights of the unborn is prohibited.
Section 3: The United States is a nation built upon free market capitalism. Congress and States are prohibited from passing any law, restriction, or tax that abridges commerce within the free market except when proper and necessary to maintain free markets.
Section 4: Congress shall not pass any law or offer any subsidy that unduly influences the market with an exception for national security.
Section 5: The seventeenth amendment shall be repealed. Article I paragraph 3 is hereby restored.
Section 6: The sixteenth amendment shall be repealed. Within 10 years of ratification of this amendment, Congress shall repeal all tax legislation and pass a constitutional replacement that respects the tenets of economic freedom and liberty.
Section 7: Congress shall not pass any law that infringes upon the inalienable rights of the people.
Section 8: Congress shall have the power to recall supreme and inferior judges under its jurisdiction per Article II section 2 who are found to have ruled in a manner contrary to the Constitution. Removal shall require a minimum of sixty percent of the Senate.
Section 9: Casting of votes is a privilege granted only to natural born citizens. Voting privileges may only be granted to those who demonstrate a minimum understanding of civics and ethics. States retain the right to regulate voting privileges.
Section 10: Marriage shall be between one man and one woman. All marriages not meeting this requirement shall be annulled upon ratification of this amendment.
Section 11: Congress shall seat a committee to oversee the constitutionality of legislation before it shall be presented to the president. Legislation deemed by this committee as unconstitutional shall be returned to both houses for reconsideration. This committee shall consist of three members of the Senate and two members of the House of Representatives. Selection to this committee shall be made at the discretion of the majority.
Section 12: The government shall not be permitted to run a deficit. The president shall have the power to reject any expenditures in the budget.
Section 13: The government shall not infringe upon the rights of the people to self-defense. The people shall be held faultless when engaging in the protection of his life and property.
Section 14: Only children of citizens born within the United States or its territories shall be considered natural born citizens. This amendment shall not abridge the citizen status of those born prior to the ratification of this amendment.
